The work was performed to the highest standards, within the estimated cost, and finished on time. Nothing was too much trouble. RS recently carried out remedial work to the penthouse roof of our apartment in Tavira, Algarve. This entailed complete removal of tiles, astroturf and the existing membrane, before replacement with a new sprayed-on polurea membrane that “tanked” the whole roof. Load tests were then carried out over several days to test the roof’s water-tightness, after which new tiles were laid on a bed of waterproof adhesive. The tiles were then grouted using waterproof grout. The workmanship was very professional throughout, and was carried out in a clean and tidy manner and without compromise. Due consideration was also given to the presence of neighbours in adjacent apartments throughout their attendance. RS are not the cheapest contractors, but they are certainly one of the best. I recommend them highly and without hesitation.
